We're currently offering a Self-Pay Rate of $125 for patients without insurance or with non-participating insurance plans.

This includes:

• A full urgent care visit

• All necessary in-house services — including lab work, X-rays, and testing related to illness or injury.

Self pay rate applies only to visits related to illness or injury. It does not apply to:

• Services requiring outside labs or durable medical equipment (DME)
